This person is a cybercriminal, who deliberately sends malware through IM's after conning them to accept what is supposed to be their picture. They then gloat about the damage, and threaten DOS attacks against commercial websites. They are being reported to the FBI for cyber-terrorism, as well as any and all pertinent law enforcement agencies. DO NOT ACCEPT ANY FILES OR IM'S FROM THIS PERSON!
